Your museum of screen culture

A stunning light projection project, never before implemented in a secondary school setting.

ACMI artists worked with enthusiastic students from Caroline Chisholm Catholic College to explore how we might communicate in the future and present this through a projection mapping performance. Ideas ranging from telepathy to genetic mutations to dystopian societies were explored within a projection designed to transform the school’s auditorium space. After months of collaborating the performance took place on the evening of 5 November.

Beyond Projection was an Extended Schools Residencies program funded by the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria and supported by the Department of Education and Training.
