Agathe Riedinger's super-stylish short work – and the precursor to her upcoming feature film debut.

Liane (Sarah-Megan Allouch-Mainier), a 21-year-old woman who worships the famous and hungers for fame herself, has just learnt that she has been shortlisted for a Reality TV show: 'The Villa of the Temptresses'. Certain that her life will finally start, she begins to dismantle everything around her.

Curator's Note

A Reality TV hopeful just knows that something good is going to happen in Agathe Riedinger's visually arresting short film. For her upcoming feature film debut, Wild Diamond, Riedinger builds on Waiting for Jupiter's premise, returning to the character of Liane.

Wild Diamond will compete for the Palme d'Or and the Camera d'Or.
