Julie (Honor Swinton Byrne), an aspiring filmmaker in the early 80s, embarks on her first serious love affair with Anthony (Tom Burke), a charismatic yet untrustworthy older man. Julie tries to disentangle fact from fiction as she surrenders to the relationship, which comes dangerously close to destroying her dreams.
