The most prominent celebration of Indonesian cinema in Australia.

The 16th IFF will showcase a diverse range of commercial and art-house cinema from Indonesia, a country often known for its striking beauty and rich culture. This year’s theme, 'Portal into Indonesia’s Looking Glass', aspires to explore Indonesia’s evolution into the beautiful nation it is today. Despite the limitations faced in a post and ongoing COVID-19 era, IFF strives to deliver an exciting film festival experience delivered both online and offline.

This year’s festival will be more diverse than ever before. We are set to target a vast range of audiences, from local to international, and welcoming of all ages.
