The International Programs are the backbone of the MIAF mission. They are selected from the thousands of entries submitted and features highlights of other festivals we have spotted in the past 12 months.

Strong stories, complex narratives and well-formed characters sit at the centre of the films in this program but each has its own twists and turns that hinge on the ingenuity of the animator’s skill and imagination in using the unique properties of animation to bring that added dimension.
