Join YouTuber Michael Messineo (aka Mike’s Mic) for a special screening of two movies you never thought you'd see on the big screen again – Charlie's Angels (2000) and Scooby Doo (2002).
Known for his in-depth recaps and commentary on TV shows – from Lost to Pretty Little Liars, to his breakdown of iconic films such as Sucker Punch and The Devil Wears Prada – Mike’s Mic is a walking encyclopaedia of pop culture. Mike will be taking over the screens at ACMI for the day, showcasing his favourite form of entertainment: early 2000s media that encapsulates the phrase "they were truly just doing anything".
Taking to the stage, Mike will be introducing his curated selections while holding court in ACMI’s Cinema 1 – for an evening of quick quips, classic clips and film tomfoolery not to be missed! Cue the Olivia Wilde head nods from the audience.
