Join us in the cinema for a very special conversation with the exiled Iranian director.
In the lead-up to this year's Cannes Film Festival, many people’s attention was focused not on the cinema screens, but on a real-life story unfolding before us. Director Mohammad Rasoulof was arrested, sentenced to eight years in prison, and banned from leaving Iran. Seizing a brief opportunity, he fled the country to attend the festival and is now an artist in exile.
As we dedicate our cinemas to his twenty-plus year career, Mohammad Rasoulof will join us on screen for a very special conversation led by moderator Dr Anne Demy-Geroe.
