Xiao Xiao, a girl grappling with ADHD, faces isolation and bullying from her classmates at school, with even her own mother viewing her as a troublemaker. Her father, who works abroad for extended periods, remains a distant figure in her life. The one beacon of understanding in her tumultuous world is her schoolteacher, Paul, who provides solace and support. However, Xiao Xiao is burdened by the knowledge of her mother's affair with Paul, adding another layer of complexity to her already turbulent emotions.
