Passionless moments

A series of suburban vignettes dealing with everyday eccentricities. Filmed in black and white, this is an early work by renowned New Zealand filmmaker Jane Campion. Through a series of alternately ironic and bizarre vignettes, the filmmaker composes a joyful celebration to the beauty of the mundane and the ordinary.
