Marinelli (Robert Forza) is a new immigrant to Australia who experiences difficulties when confronted with the harshness of the Anglo-saxon culture during a swimming lesson. With an inability to speak English, Marinelli is plunged into the deep end of the pool and cultural survival. Directed by Geoffrey Wright known mostly for ‘Romper Stomper’ and ‘Metal Skin’. Set in the City Baths, Melbourne.
