Radiating from dreary Housing Commission high-rise flats come the personalities of colourful individuals who have created their own worlds in a potentially depressing situation. The dull grey concrete of these Commission flats hides a complex and appealing world where a theatre woman celebrates her past, a man makes surprising use of all the flotsam and jetsam of his life, and each person has a small story to tell.
