Northern Access Television produced this episode of the
series “Et cetera” featuring a visit to the State Library of
Victoria and an interview with Melinda Dundas - Public
Affairs Officer, who talks of the services available to
residents and tourists, and multicultural, regional and youth oriented initiatives. Interviewer Suzana Talevski
also speaks to Librarian Des Cawley. Justine Isard reports
from the Windsor Hotel where the handover of the Melbourne Cup by the Hardy Brothers to the Victorian Racing Club (VRC) is taking place. Includes footage of the cup’s production. Phillip Taylor speaks to percussion group
Tumbarumba. Presented by David McLauchlan.
