This astounding testimony to ‘the power of the people’ was given to the Memory Grid Community Collection as part of the SKA TV video compile ‘Global Insights 4’, a collection of shorts from around the world with a focus on grass-roots peoples’ action. Chiapas Army Base (Mexico) was filmed by Big Noise Tactical (USA) a not-for-profit, all-volunteer collective of media-makers around the world, ‘dedicated to circulating beautiful, passionate, revolutionary images.’
