Working in cardiology for many years, Graeme Sloman explains the many achievements he and his fellow colleagues have made in preventing heart disease-related fatalities and building a greater public awareness of heart disease. Created as part of ‘The Heart of the Story’ an ACMI Digital Storytelling Project in association with the National Heart Foundation of Australia (Victorian Division) and in partnership with VicHealth.
