A series of introductory Spanish language programmes, in the form of a long-running mystery drama about Don Fernando and the secrets of his past. Learn Spanish while the mystery takes you all over the Spanish speaking world. Each programme is structured carefully so that three kinds of Spanish are used. Conversational Spanish, which is spoken by the characters in the drama. The narrator’s Spanish, and the Spanish spoken by the instructor, Raquel, who breaks in periodically during the episode to explain and re-inforce particular language structures and grammar. In this series, you will learn about the Spanish speaking world, its culture, life and customs.
