Edie Collet’s beginnings were difficult - her mother died giving birth and she was diagnosed as being handicapped. Collet was raised by her father and siblings to become an educated, well travelled and independent adult. Collet was told she would never work but she proved them wrong. This story is dedicated to Collet’s dad.
