For years, I have been compiling images in my mind’s eye, while passing through the laneways of Richmond, to the neon lights of Melbourne. Despite having cerebral palsy, Brandon Tomlin lives independently and spends his time taking photos of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. This is a compilation of some of his work.
