What other people consider vandalism or graffiti, Sonya Waters sees as street art. Behind the work, Waters recognises the skill and social commentary inherent in the work and seeks to help the artists, often kids from disadvantaged backgrounds, recognise the artistic and social value of their work and become empowered by it.
