Toscana Olive Plantation and Laharum Grove, in western Victoria, both operate from the same original plantation of olives, working together to ensure the freshness, quality and flavour of their oil. While they acknowledge Laharum is a peaceful place to live, the workers at these olive farms are hectic, determined to produce some of the best quality olive oil in Victoria.
