Trust, creativity, friendship and belonging are the focus of the ‘Cubbies’ story. A group of friends use cooperation, creativity and sheer ingenuity to build 29 different ‘cubbies’. The trust given by the staff and wider school community is central.
Under the categories ‘Primary Live Action’ and ‘Best Overall Primary’, Years 5 and 6 from Doreen Primary School, Victoria, were the Screen It 2012 winners.
