The microcircuit story / presented by Philips

SUMMARY: The basic principles involved in the manufacture of microcircuits, such as epitaxial growth, diffusion, and the masking process are illustrated, as are some of their diverse applications in everyday life, eg. the control of machine tools, colour television, navigation of aircraft, etc.
