The results of a reserach project funded by the Australian Film Commission and the Commonwealth Employment Programme this title presents highlights of programmes of historical importance, demonstrating the growth and maturing of independent video which in turn reflects the development of community and political activity during the seventies.
During this decade 12 access video centres were established. This title shows highlights of proigrammes made by various centres.
