At this year’s Golden Globes awards, Michelle Yeoh finally gained the recognition she deserves with a Best Actress Award for her role in Everything Everywhere All at Once. Footage of her jokingly telling the ceremony producers to “shut up” has gone viral as she brushed off attempts to cut her acceptance speech short. The actress said “I’m just going to stand here and take this all in. 40 years… I’m not letting go of this.”
