Alexander’s campaigns and the spread of Greek culture are the focuses of this film. The flowering of commerce, art and science that was the Hellenistic Age is reflected in the views of Rhodes and Delas, Hellenistic sculpture, the Temple of Zeus and the archaeological treasures of Sidon Sarcophagus, the Issis mosaic and the ruins of Persepolis.
