Art and reality: the Renaissance

This film illustrates the fundamental change form Byzantine symbolism to Renaissance humanism. A simple but comprehensive study is made of composition and perspective, the visual aspects of painting and on attitudes inspired by early Renaissance humanism. Suitable for Lower-Upper Secondary students.
