At the turn of the age: Hans Holbein the younger 1497-1543

Deals with aspects of the Renaissance and concentrates on the development of Holbein’s painting, drawing and etching. Holbein, a court painter, and a prime example of the new breed of man who could move out of the restrictive boundaries of his homeland to achieve fame and wealth in foreign courts and cities.
