A satirical puppet films for children dealing with modern diplomacy. Two opposing embassies, anxious to obtain a nihilistic bomb, emply agents, one being Sebastian the Fox (a puppet). While the diplomats are greedily absorbed with the results they hope to achieve through possession of the bomb, Sebastian removes it. With Bruce Anderson, Lialianne Horschnad, Tom Sanders and Stephen Murray-Smith. Music by George Drefus, puppeteer Janet Van Puffelen.
