Yehudi Menuhin and Eastern musician Ayana Deva Angadi compare Eastern and Western music and discuss how we can come to understand and appreciate that which is foreign to us in terms of that which is familiar. Characteristic techniques are shown, and the film includes examples of music from India, Japan, Cambodia, Italy, Germany and France.
