Episode of Series “Office Supervisor’s Problem Series”.
One of a series of six films designed to help supervision and middle management improve human relations in the office. By failing to properly channel the initiative of the bright young newcomer, the supervisor is presented with an unpleasant ultimatum by his senior clerk. For the audience to discuss is the question as to what the supervisor could have done to avoid friction among the staff.
