Capital Circle was designed to disperse traffic flows and to protect the Parliamentary Triangle. This film is a record of the planning and construction of the inner and outer rings, viaducts, cuttings and road works around Capital Hill in Canberra, built to facilitate traffic flow between the Woden Valley and Canberra City.
