A vivid reminder of a great past when people created miracles in stone to express devotion to their gods. Shows some of the famous rock-cut shrines, including the caves at Badami, Elephanta and Ellora, dating from the 17th century. Explains the statues depicting the various incarnations of the Hindu deity. Commentary by Berkeley Hill.
