Five world-renowned authorities voice their opinion on the threat to mankind of overpopulation, and tender some possible solutions. Views are expressed by Madam Pandit of India, Paul Hoffman of the United States, Lord Boyd Orr of the United Kingdom, Dr Victor Belaunde of Peru and Dr Hugh Keenleyside of Canada. Animation by Rene Jodoin and Kaj Pindal. Narrated by Stanley Burke.
