This film focuses on boxing, sculling and running. The correct techniques for boxing are demonstrated by Len Harvey - middle weight champion of Great Britain. In regards to sculling, Jack Beresford and Les Southwood, British Olympic champions, display the methodology. Finally the runner, Sidney Woodesden is shown, world record holder of the British mile and half-mile.
