Episode number 3 of Series “Charley”.
One of a cartoon series featuring the character “Charley”. In this film Charley questions the need for the National Insurance Acts of 1948, and by way of answer, he is taken back through the ages and shown how one man’s search for security has led him from one piece of social legislation to another. Animators: Wally Crook, Vera Linnecar, E. Williams and R. Privett.
