A film record of the highlights from the Commonwealth Arts Festival held in Britain in 1965. For 17 days, in London, Cardiff, Liverpool and Glasgow, there were performances of music, drama, dancing, films and verse, as well as art exhibitions. More than 20 Commonwealth countries brought their finest talents and exhibits to Britain for the occasion.
