Captures the coronation day of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the 2nd June, 1953. Shows the procession from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey, the coronation service, the procession back to the Palace and Her Majesty’s appearance on the balcony to watch the R.A.F. fly-past. Includes a glimpse of Sir Robert Menzies at the ceremony. Commentary by James McKechnie, script by Gerald Sanger.
