Martha Graham, noted choreographer and modern dancer, discusses the dancer as a creative artist. She explains the dancer’s craft as members of her company illustrate her theories in a dance choreographed by Ms Graham especially for the film. Woven into the movements of the dance are all the basic techniques required by the modern dancer.
