Don't be a dummy

Details of safety precautions to be taken in certain operations and maintenance work associated with electricity generating stations, the underlying principle being the permit-to-work. Deals with such things as towing ropes, coal bunkers, and conveyors, boiler blow-down valves, and jib and overhead cranes and trucks.
