A dramatic eye safety film featuring Bill Frank of Chicago, Illinois, a genuine eye accident casualty who re-enacts the events before and after his injury. A variety of typical work situations where eye injuries can occur are shown and impact tests are used to recommend the use of protective eyewear. Some members of the Wise Owls Club show the effectiveness of safety glass in preventing injury.
