How four French alpinists climbed the Eiffel Tower - from the outside. Using rock climbing techniques, the party scales the steel girders to the top, 1,000 feet above ground level. In hot pursuit, an angry policeman ascends the tower by the more conventional stairs and lifts, but to no avail.
