Puppet film for children and without commentary. Tells the story of the irrepressible trouble-maker Fips, a mischievous toy maker. He interrupts the elephant and bear and two dolls who are reading a story, knocks their toys over, and is sat in the corner, until one relents and lets him have a bowl whereupon he knocks down all the pins first go!
