Glove puppetry - Painting and dressing | Corinne Cantrill | 1962 | ACMI collection

Children paint and dress their own puppets at the Brisbane Creative Leisure Centre. The puppets being to come to life as colourful expressions are painted on, wigs added, and a strip of glue felted around the neck. Using a paper pattern, clothes are cut out, and then sewn strongly together.
