Designed to set people talking about the whole problem of transportation. Eight independent experts in the field of transport discuss problems arising from the ever-increasing number of vehicles using Britain’s heavily congested roads. Points out how mobility is associated with danger, damage, noise, pollution and ugliness and the need to create a transport system which will improve both communications and the environment.
