Shows that developing the pupil as an individual is the most important part of the teacher’s job. A teacher tells how she dealt with a number of cases of “problem children”, by an individual approach in each case. These children include a poor reader, a shy girl, a bully, and clown, a stutterer and a pupil with a very hight IQ.
