Designed to encourage managers to consider their influence on the development of subordinate managers and supervisors. Highlights the dissatisfaction and frustrations aroused in subordinates when a manager overlooks their natural desire for development in their jobs. Describes the main points of an action plan devised to solve a work problem and improve subordinate skills.
