Two brothers who are partners in a fishing boat business discuss how the profits of their partnership should be managed and from this discussion two points of view emerge. Others enter into the argument and present illustrations of a balanced management of profits. The film describes various ways in which the profits of a company may be used presenting views of employees, shareholders and management.
