The traditions and procedures of Britain’s Parliament. An introduction by Daniel Farson is followed by interviews with General Sir Brian Horrocks (Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod), Sir Edward Bridges (Secretary to Sir Winston Churchill’s wartime Cabinet), W.S. Morrison (then Speaker of the House of Commons) and three Members of Parliament representing the principal parties. Each discusses his own part in the procedures of Parliament.
