Man’s historical aspiration to reach the moon and the world’s involvement in the Apollo 11 flight are the themes of this film, which are placed in the context of the historical aspiration and scientific genius of many lands which made them possible. Also focuses on the Gemini flights. Introduced by Richard Nixon and narrated by Gregory Peck.
