A comprehensive study, revealing the changing pattern of the ocean’s surface, the living and non-living things in the waters, the nature of the ocean floor, and the influence of the oceans on man. The roles of modern scientists - oceanographers, marine biologists and others - as they work to gain more knowledge of the earth’s vast, deep oceans.
