A journey by coach from England to Bombay in India, highlighting the Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Byblos, the oldest city in the world, Instanbul where East and West have mingled throughout history; the exotic Blue Mosque; Damascus so eastern in atmosphere; historic Jerusalem; the majesty of the Khyber Pass; Lahore, steeped in British colonialism; and the splendour of the Taj mahal, are a few of the fascinating places visited.
